Given that the country was in lockdown and I was in desperate need of a car, the whole process went as smoothly as it possibly could, it was fantastic, very good customer service. Concept delivered the car to me, it was clean, shiny it looked perfect, I will 100% use them again when I'm ready to upgrade.

Absolutely brilliant car purchased I'm really enjoying it, now I'm back to work I'm using it to and from daily so really getting the use out of, its lovely to drive, no issues what so ever. The staff looked after me, they were all so friendly, smiley and helpful - it was a nice experience and I would definitely use them again in the future.

2 days after buying our car the turbo went, Concept got this sorted we was booked in and the car was dropped back off in a matter of day fully fixed and cleaned, since that was changed the car has been absolutely great, its perfect. My other half drives it more than me, but both very very happy with it, its driving and running really well now. Great customer service when buying and even more so after the sale.

So far so good, very happy with my new car, its such a nice car and I've waited some time to be able to buy it so I'm over the moon and certainly enjoying it, I've not seen its full potential yet, but there's time 😏 I had a little issue after the sale and Concept got it sorted quickly and professionally, there was no questions, they got it sorted and got the car back to me, very happy, thanks concept car credit.
