The guys at Concept couldn't do enough for me! They helped me out like I was one of their own! Due to my personal circumstances I didn't really know where to start when it came to acquiring the car and the finance. They popped me in a comfy wating area and in 20 minuets thy had finance in order for me, I was shocked! Not only that but within an hour I had the car, they had sorted every little thing for me. They told me any problems just bring it back to them and they'll see me right and fortunately I haven't had the need to do that, the car is perfect. They have kept their eye on me too and called me to check in a couple of times. Such genuine, caring service!

I have always wanted a Range Rover, and with recently retiring, I thought it was time I treated myself. Jamie was great from the moment I enquired about the car, I didn't ever actually go to Concept Cars Credit as it was all done online, and these guys really show up other dealership with how reliable and responsive they are. If I had a problem or question I would just drop Jamie a text and you best believe I had a call back straight away. I was kept in the loop at all times and was never left wondering. My old car literally just stopped working and I needed a new car fast, these guys knew what needed to be done and got it done. I was over the moon with the car when it arrived at my house, it looked great! Just as described. It looked perfect, I was so excited to get in and drive it for the first time. I was tremendously happy with the brilliant customer service I received at the shop. What really stood out about the service was that all the staff very polite, they were so efficient and not to mention them sorting EVERYTHING out for me. It was my second time using Concept and the first experience was just as good as the second! We went for the BMW 1 Series, my wife wanted this car... my wife got this car. Of course🙄! Getting 3 kids in the back of a Fiesta was proving really difficult so I went to Concept Car Credit in search of a bigger, more spacious car and they had the perfect car in stock. The Dacia Duster! Its a great, reliable car that's great for the kids. Each and every member of staff down at Concept were superb, top quality, couldn't have been better. Before the car was written off by a cab driver I was loving it so much. It was such a good car, I really really enjoyed driving it a lot. The staff at the dealership are really friendly, I am actually still in contact with them about going back and purchasing a new car, but I'm just waiting for something to do with my insurance first.
