I am very pleased with the Citroen C4 I purchased from Concept Car Credit, I would highly recommend. The staff were really professional, reassuring and seemed to know exactly what I wanted without being pushy. Top drawer.

Concept are without a doubt getting five stars from me! The A5 I bought is the third vehicle I have purchased with them. I feel really familiar with the processes and procedures here. The purchases I have made have always gone smoothly and without a hitch. The A5 itself its a very nice car, I am more than happy with it! I will 100% be back for a fourth time.

When buying my Qashqai I dealt with Laura and she was absolutely lovely. I felt so at ease and welcome. The whole experience went very well and there were lots of cars for me to choose from. I have had no concerns with my Qashqai and am very happy with the choice I made.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, I don't think I could fault a single aspect of the buying process with Concept. Everything was laid out nice and clearly for me and quicker than I anticipated too. The 3 Series is a great car and I am really enjoying it.

I honestly didn't expect to be coming away with a new car on the same day I visited Concept but they had exactly what I wanted and work very efficiently that I was able to do just that! I love the car and it is very high spec. The sales team were all a pleasure to deal with and I would happily return for another car.
