Customer service down at Essex Prestige was top notch! They really looked after me while I was purchasing my BMW 330. Car is lovely, so far so good. Happy with everything so far so I would be happy to recommend to others looking at buying a car here.

I recently bought an absolutely lovely car from Essex Prestige. Victor was brilliant, he really looked after me, class A service. Everything was perfect, absolutely nothing to grumble about at all. Highly recommend to friends and family already. I will be back soon to get my upgrade from that lovely stock of cars!

All is fine with the car that I bought from Essex Prestige, Everyone I came across at the dealership were all really nice and looked after me. It is the first time Iv purchased from Essex Prestige but after buying from them this time I am happy to recommend and use them again myself.

I recently bought a really great car from Essex Prestige, It is a beautiful Mercedes E220. While I was discussing both over the phone and in person I received a really good service from the sales guys. I felt very safe with all the covid restrictions put in place when I did end up going on site. I have actually used them before to buy my last car and I will defo use again and continue to recommend.

only done a few trips out due to lockdown but its running well, Victor personally looked after us. He even opened up on a Sunday for us I found that just brilliant service. All documents went through fine they helped us with all the paperwork, it was a very smooth and easy process. Email exchange was very pleasant before we went down as well. I have recommended already to friends as I am really impressed. All paperwork got posted to us as promised really happy with everything.

I am absolutely loving my new car. Just brilliant service received by Reece! fair play to him, I cant fault him in the slightest. It was the first time we have come across Essex Prestige but it certainly wont be the last. Really happy with everything cant give any less than top marks. Cant wait for the weather to improve so I can really start to enjoy it properly.
