I recently made the change from petrol to electric.. I swapped my Range Rover Sport for a Tesla Model 3... wow what a difference! Its such a massive change and has taken some getting used to, but I love it! I'm over the moon with it and happy with my decision to change. The people at this dealership were wicked, and the salesman I dealt with was a top guy, really on the ball. I travelled over 3 hours to collect the car... without test driving first. I liked what I saw and bought the car there and then, the salesman went over everything really quickly so I could get back on the road. It was a very difference drive home but more than enjoyable. Happy to recommend these to anybody looking for a new car.

My husband and I are both delighted with our BMW, its a knockout. The service we received at Essex Prestige was superb! Our point of contact at the dealership was Reis, he was great to deal with - really friendly and professional. When we come to buy again we will DEFINIATLY be using this dealership. Very nice and efficient purchase by Essex Prestige, nothing was too much trouble for them and they finalised the purchase within a day or so. My Tesla model S is a great car and is even better than I expected it to be. I have found a few niggles so it is booked into Tesla next Friday, but Essex said they would cover the cost! I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be sticking with these from now on!

I am absolutely over the moon with Reis at Essex Prestige, the service provided by him was uncanny! He was so helpful and really sympathetic of my situation and really helped me out. Although the Tesla isn't the car for me I will definitely be going back to them to find my suited car, they were exceptional.

The condition of my VW Golf is absolutely spot on, it is a fantastic car and has been performing better than I ever imagined it to be! Dawn was wonderful to deal with during the transaction as well, she was so friendly and really informative! She explained everything in detail and walked me through the process. I can't find a single fault with the car and will definitely be returning again for another buy!
