I found the transaction to be very simple and straight forward when going through with the purchase of my Range Rover. It was fast and simple and didn't take the dreaded 5 hours that usually occurs when buying from a dealership! My car is absolutely immaculate, there is minimal wear and tear and it basically looks brand new. Without any hesitation I will definitely be passing on my recommendations, Reis was a great help during the purchase and was a very nice lad!

For me Essex Prestige gets top marks. 10/10. The customer service I received was outstanding! All praises go out to Reis. I am really enjoying my new Mercedes. Its driving so smoothly and I'm chuffed with it. Will 100% be returning once I'm due an upgrade.

Without a shadow of a doubt I will definitely be returning to Essex Prestige for my next car purchase. They were a really great bunch of guys who were very easy to deal with. Rhianna did a fantastic job when I bought my Mercedes. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, she showed me the car in great detail and left no stone unturned. I knew exactly what I was buying... I basically knew the car like the back of my hand by the time the sale was finished! I cannot find a fault with the dealership and will be recommending to friends and family!

I am really enjoying my BMW, its a really smart car with good potential. Everything's running well with no problems to report! Its so comfortable inside and gives that prestige feel. I recently bought a Merc GLC. My salesman was absolutely fantastic I couldn't have asked for anymore... he made sure the car was spotlessly clean for me and did all the paperwork prior to the collection. I am very pleased with the service provided by Essex Prestige I did not feel under pressure one bit. The salesman just gave me the keys and let me do my own thing which was nice. He was there when I needed him, but he wasn't constantly looking over my shoulder, I was allowed as long as I wanted to view the car and went back to him with some questions before I had made my mind up. Of course I decided to buy the Mercedes, it was perfect both inside and out and ticked all the boxes!
