Visited Essex prestige recently to look for a new car, I was left to browse at my own leisure. I was given great advice from Reis, he is a great salesman, not pushy at all. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a car. Would definitely use them in the future. First class customer service.

Can't thank Essex Prestige enough, thank you for a great service and for taken all the worry and stress out of buying a car, it was actually enjoyable and I would definitely recommend their brilliant service. Everybody there was very helpful and polite, it was a nice environment to buy a car. I know I will be back here when I want a new car, I'm over the moon with this one its absolutely perfect for me.

The car I purchased from Essex prestige was absolutely perfect when I went to collect it. I found that everyone was there when I wanted them and no matter who you spoke to they were all as knowledgeable and helpful. No one left me hanging around like you can often get at other dealerships. Top marks

Very pleased with the service I received from the guys at the showroom, all were really helpful went above and beyond for me. The car was presented superbly to me, they had done everything and more that I asked. The car was taxed, mot'd and valeted to a high standard. The BMW 435i I went for drives amazing and looks even better. Exceptional service. Nice to be able to look at cars without being pressured, a really nice experience. Thanks guys

Bought a BMW 120D recently and the car has been excellent, I'm chuffed to bits with it and literally find any excuse to get out driving it! Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally by Reiss, and on top of that the garage has some really impressive cars. Highly recommended.

Essex Prestige couldn't have been more helpful, everything went smoothly and they were a good company to deal with. The Mercedes GLE350 is exactly the one I wanted and it was ready when they said it would be. I've recommended them to people already, I don't think there was anything more they could have done that would of made it easier I was very happy with the service.
