Great first experience dealing with Phantom. I travelled down from Scotland to buy a vehicle. Kevin was fantastic throughout the whole process. Ben was also very helpful in the finance team. Thanks guys, I’ll see you in a few years for an upgrade.

I travelled from Oxford to Wigan to visit Phantom Motors. They were very helpful and answered any queries that I had. I am very happy with my Mercedes, I don't do many miles in it but I am happy all round with it, I would certainly use Phantom again and recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had a Mercedes A class and the time had come to upgrade it. I came across Phantom motor company online and I got in touch with them to visit their Showroom in Wigan. Upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady called Chelsea, she was very friendly and showed me around the selection of breath taking cars in their amazing showroom, I took the Mercedes Benz CLA for a test drive and it was very flush. My mind was made up then and I drove away in my new car. I would not look back thinking I had made the wrong decision, this is the perfect car for me.

A Fantastic service, very helpful. Made to feel very welcome from start to finish and when I visited the showroom!, wow, a very impressive set up at Phantom, they have some absolutely stunning cars there. Very happy with my car. Kevin was awesome and made my experience from start to finish simple and easy, he was so helpful. I would definitely recommend them and be back again when I upgrade my Mercedes.

I am not sure what the sales managers name is at Phantom but he was brilliant. His professionalism was second to none, very, very helpful chap.
I love the Mercedes it runs superbly, I am totally made up with it.

very pleased with my new car brought from Phantom Motor Company, very nice man, very knowledgeable about all the cars he had in stock, he wasn't too pushy on the sales side , he just let me take my time and he explained everything to the finest detail. Chelsea was really helpful . The service from Phantom was exceptional. I have not used them before and I came across them on Auto Trader. I arranged to pay them a visit and when I walked in I found my car and drove away in it. It could not have been easier. Very polite and accommodating dealership. I would not go anywhere else now for any future purchases.
