I contacted Phantom to buy a Range Rover Evoque for my Wife. I did the dealings with the salesman etc and it was brilliant, a really straightforward simple process and to say the Wife is happy would be an understatement... makes my life easier anyway haha. She's absolutely over the moon with the car I've not heard a single complaint yet! Thanks again and hopefully see you again soon when its my turn for a new car.

I am more than happy with my Audi Q3, its a beautiful car and ever so smooth to drive, it glides on the roads and is very comfortable behind the wheel. Kevin was excellent, he answered any questions I had and was happy to spend time explaining everything in detail. When I'm ready to upgrade I am going to go back to Kevin and look for a Audi Q5.

A huge thanks to Adam, a first class salesman! He looked after me from start to finish and made it as painless as possible. There is that generic reputation that dealerships/salesmen hold and this place breaks away from that completely. everybody there was very welcoming, happy to assist. Adam handled the sale in an A* manner throughout, he was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. The deal was done and dusted in a couple of days and I've not looked back since. Adam and Phantom Motor company comes with my recommendations!

Adam in particular is a great guy, a very nice bloke with lots of knowledge and no BS factor. He was very polite, always gave all the information and didnt skirt around anything, very upfront. He had the car delivered to me and was always providing real time updates. Its nice to deal with a professional company. I only swapped my car as I needed more back seat / boot space, I did really like my old car so the new one had a lot of live up to... I went with a BMW X3 and it does exactly what it says on the tin, much more practical.

I got myself a little Audi A1 recently and I couldn't be happier with it, I'm still getting used to it and all the modern features it has, there's a lot to learn but I've really enjoying figuring everything out. Its the perfect little car and I loved the bottle of wine and little leather keyring I got with it, it really is the little things. The guys were so lovely very professional and courteous and always on hand to help with anything. The showroom is lovely, very clean and organised a very nice place to be. I recommend to anybody wanting to buy a new car, you won't be disappointed.
