The service was really good the guy that I spoke to, he was to the point, no messing about, got things sorted really quickly. Happy days.. I have never used phantom before, I will be looking to upgrade my BMW in a couple of years to an automatic and I will be returning to Phantom when the time comes purely based on the high level of service that I received from them on this occasion.

I had the perfect buying experience with Phantom they were awesome. Kevin is a massive asset to the company, he certainly knew his stuff, he answered all of my questions and his knowledge was outstanding, I love my new BMW it is tip top, I cannot wait until the time comes to buy my next car and deal with Phantom again.

I went to Phantom with my brother Scott to help him purchase his Audi, I know Chris who works there so I recommending them to him. My brother loves the Audi and finds it incredible to drive. Chris was very helpful and professional. We will certainly be returning to Phantom when any of the family need a new car.

I knew exactly what I wanted and started searching for my new S3! I saw one advertised with Phantom, and before even viewing the car I put a deposit down I knew I wanted it unless there was something wrong with it when I got there it was mine! I had everything set, it was a loooooong 4.5 drive from London but so worth it, it looked beautiful, I had a good look over it, went for a little spin in it and boy was I happy!! I got back from the test drive and bought it! There and then, there was no way I was leaving without it. It was made so simple from the minute I walked in absolutely amazing. I was starving when I got there after the long drive so I said like can we order food, they were sound about it. I ordered a McDonalds and scranned that whilst going through all the paperwork. I part exchanged my Golf in and it was proper easy, I was well happy with what they gave me for it. The showroom is pretty impressive so many sick cars I want to come back for a RSQ3 in a year or two. The S3 is just beautiful coming from an old Golf to this is like going from a Nokia to an iPhone! The S3 is incredible, low mileage, mint condition, high spec, digi dash, pano sun roof, everything I could have wanted in a car. To top it off, as if I hadn't had the best time already, there was a package in the car with a bottle, an umbrella and an air freshener, that air freshener OH MY GOD!!!The nicest thing I've ever smelt nothing has even come close to it since... Phantom if you see this I will pay for those beauty's in bulk tell me where I need to go!!!

This is my first ever financing a car so I was really confused and it was daunting when I first starting speaking to them but they guided me through everything and explained all the details so I was aware of what was happening. I've found an issue with the shock absorbers and they have been so great with everything, they have pointed me in the direction of a garage and they are dealing with the quote. They have been happy to resolve so I cannot complain at all.

I am still learning to drive but I've spent so much on lessons my Dad suggested going and buying a car and going out with him where I can to save a bit of money on lessons. He suggested something like a Polo, Corsa, Fiesta, just a small fuel efficient car. I got looking and found a newish Fiesta with Phantom that seemed a good price and in good shape. We went to see it and I was really happy with it, my Dad picked out a few bits on the car but these seemed to be sorted when we collected. I'm running the car quite a lot with my Dad in it and it runs perfectly its a great little car and perfect for me learning to drive it. I can't wait until I'm passed and out and about on my own and the best thing is I will already be used to the car and how it drives. I have only given a 4* as there was a delay in picking the car up after agreed, other than that I am very happy with the car and Phantom as a business.

I know where I will be going when I'm ready to upgrade my car.... Just got a Range Rover Evoque for my partner and she is absolutely made up with it. Its in tip top condition, its immaculate. For the age, mileage and condition I think the price was really really good. The sales team are sound, they were brilliant from the moment I first contacted them. I will be shopping here again in the future.
