I am very happy with the Mercedes I recently purchased from Phantom Motor Company and I am already wanting to come back. I get bored quickly of my cars and like to change every couple of years so I expect to be seeing the team here many more times in the future. There is nothing I could have wanted to improve about my experience with Phantom. I have mentioned Phantom to many friends and colleagues already.

I bought my BMW X1 here and part exchanged my Mercedes. I was very pleased with the price I got for my part exchange and my new X1 is fantastic! I dealt with Chelsea, she was unbelievably helpful. I would have to give Phantom five stars.

I wouldn't be in two minds about coming back here, when I bought my Range Rover it was my first experience of Phantom. I was so impressed with this dealership - the team were attentive but not pushy. My Range Rover is spot on, just what I was looking for and I got it for a competitive price. No issues have cropped up with the car since the purchase either.

Bought a Jaguar F Pace from Phantom last moth and on the whole I am pleased with it. I enjoyed meeting the team and dealt with Kevin mostly, he is a lovely lad. I would recommend Phantom because they have a great range of cars to choose from and everyone is welcoming.

I bought my Caddy on the Friday and collected it on the Saturday so you can definitely say that the process was quick and easy. I was so impress I got an MOT and new tyres as part of my purchase too! Chelsea, who I dealt with throughout was great to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. My Caddy is brilliant - just what I was looking for. Thank you Phantom.

I made my first remote car purchase with Phantom Motor company and although it was a massive learning curve for me and I didn't really know what to expect overall I am happy and I would do it again. The customer service throughout the purchase was fine, it was easy to get hold of the staff and everyone who I spoke to was pleasant enough. The car arrived on time. I am pleased with my car and after having a few niggles put right it is driving very well.
