My husband purchased his Jaguar FX were at phantom and he has been really happy with it, we have had no issues since he bought it. He has said very good things about the customer services around the dealership, I'm sure he would recommend to other and I'm guessing he would use again. Full marks for Phantom!

My Land Rover Vouge is driving perfectly. The guys at Phantom were top, they waited on hand and foot for me. At the beginning I had a few small issues with the car and I can't fault Phantom for it at all. As soon as the issues were raised it was all sorted in the click of the fingers. The process of buying the car over the phone was so efficient and quick. The guy that was dealing with me I think his name was Kevin, He was very responsive and never kept me waiting long. I can recommend Phantom Motor Company to you and anyone else who is needing a new car because they were amazing with me!!!!

Being a woman purchasing a new car can be quite scary with it being more of a male orientated industry, I was worrying that it was going to be quite daunting, however I didn't feel uncomfortable once, the guys here at Phantom made me feel welcome and comfortable the whole time, everyone was friendly, helpful and very lovely. Phantom was honestly fab and I have no complaints what so ever. I bought the Range Rover Evoque and I'm still loving it just as much as when I bought it. Its such a reliable car and so nice to drive. Nothing but 5 stars for Phantom.

If I could rate this brilliant dealership 10/10 I would, throughout the whole process I was dealing with very kind and helpful people. My son is a mechanic and is very good with finding, fixing and looking for cars, he was great to have by my side. Phantom were also great with me along the way, no problems nor hurdles, a very smooth and easy process. I would very happily recommend to my friends or family that was in need of a new car, we found the vehicle online, it jumped out at us, my son hopped on it straight away which I am very grateful for. The service I received at Phantom was wonderful, just a brilliant as the Mercedes C Class I purchased. I knew I trusted Phantom so much I didn't even test drive the car as I knew if there was anything not quite up to scratch they would of sorted it out for me there and then! The guys down at Phantom were all very nice people, easy to talk to and quick to give you a helping hand and to make sure your not waiting around for anyone. I highly recommend Phantom, I have already recommended to a friend of mine who I'm sure will be paying a visit soon to purchase his new car!

Can't complain really, I did have an issue with the Evoque, but they got that sorted so all is spot on. I would definitely use again as they looked after me well.

Phantom are the best I have ever dealt with! Out of all the cars I have bought they have provided the best service, and the best car too. Th SQ5 has been a dream to drive, it has the perfect amount of space, and the power is just insane! I will happily recommend to anyone, they are at the top of the game!
