Let me start by saying I love my Merc but I have had a few blips with it since the purchase... The team at Phantom really couldn't have done anymore for me though they were great, they were happy to get these issues resolved quickly and reasonably. Sometimes these things do happen but its nice knowing I was going to be well looked after and you can't say fairer than that. I'd also like to just touch on the customer service I received while I was buying the car, a young lady called Chelsea helped me during so and she was wonderful and very professional.

I dealt with really helpful and nice people at Phantom when I was buying my VW, I can't remember the name of the main guy I dealt with but I can tell you that he looked like Ed Sheeran if that helps 😉 He was great, top lad! My VW has been driving perfectly. I'm chuffed

My Audi is doing grand, thanks a million lads for selling me a good motor. It drives as well as it looks!

I had a really good experience with Phantom Motor Company. I purchased my Peugeot from here and the customer service was fab, everyone was friendly and professional.

I would say the BMW from Phantom was defo an impulsive buy. When I saw it for sale there I just thought to myself that is a beautiful car and its a hybrid as well - which give the current state of things is definitely a bonus. At the moment I can just about get my dog and the golf clubs (the priority now I am retired) in the back but I am thinking I might need to go for something bigger in the future. I am confident when I do come to make this purchase for a bigger car it will be from Phantom again, there is no reason for it not to be. Everybody very pleasant and the delivery of the car was so convenient, I didnt lift a finger. No second thinking about recommending, all day long thanks very much you great bunch of people.

I've had my Alfa Romeo a good few months now and its perfect, I have really gotten used to the ins and outs of it. I love how it handles, just a pleasure to drive. I can't remember the name of the fella who I dealt with at Phantom (sorry) but he was spot on!

Overall our Mercedes is lovely and we are really happy with it. There were a few little niggles with it initially but the team at Phantom were really good at sorting them out and they even came to pick the car up from us when it was going in. We have no complaints regarding the customer service we received they couldn't have been more helpful.

They look after each individual customer and their needs, its a very personal experience. The stock they sell is next level, the quality, cleanliness and care! My car looks and drives amazingly, you'd think it was brand new! I cant fault them for a fantastic customer service experience and a brilliant vehicle purchased.
