Myself and my wife went to Phantom to purchase a BMW, we are really happy with the car! There have been a few unfortunate little issues with the car but these were all taken care of quickly and covered by the warranty. So you can't say fairer than that! We dealt with Chelsea while we were at the dealership and she is a great salesperson, very informative and happy to help.

The customer service at Phantom is excellent, Chelsea looked after me while I was buying my Audi and she was lovely. I can't complain! For me it is most certainly a five star experience.

I LOVE my Land Rover! Simply chuffed to bits with it. There is absolutely no reason for me not to return to Phantom again in the future, they have lovely cars on offer and the team are so helpful and friendly.

I used Phantom Motor Company's remote car buying service and found it to be a very good service they offer, the car arrived on time and was in the condition it was expected to be following the description on the online listing. The team members I spoke with over the phone were all helpful and polite. Everything was really good and I wouldn't hesitate to do this again.

The Mercedes I bought from Phantom is lovely, I do long journeys in it regularly so it is nice to have a great that is comfortable and drives well. Overall the guys at the dealership were nice and the sale went through smoothly.

I decided to buy a BMW from Phantom for a certain someone who is a little bit spoilt (but I wouldn't have it any other way. 🙊) and the car is absolutely sound, she is well happy with it and loves to drive it.
