BMW 2 Series - its a fanatstic car, its got everything I would ever want in a car. Its lovely to drive and very smooth and sleek... I was given loads of information of the car and they didnt pressure me to buy it, just very helpful. Everybody there was helpful and polite, I would be happy to buy from them again in the future.

I bought a Range Rover from Phantom motor company and for me and the wife, must say she absolutely loves it, she will find any excuse as to why she needs to drive it haha. It is lovely and smooth to drive a really nice motor on the whole. I've got to say the service was fab, really helpful and informative I would highly recommend.

I Purchased my new car today from phantom and I am really happy with the car and the service I received, I was very pleased with Chelsey (the woman dealing with my purchase) as she was helpful and took care of everything that needed taking care of.. nothing was to much trouble for her. Would highly recommend and I will use phantom again in the future :) p.s thank you for the added extras 🍷🤣

What a smashing car my Range Rover is, I am really pleased with it and is living up to my expectations, if not beyond! The guys in Wigan were lovely to work with, they were very helpful when it came to any questions and queries I had. They are great at their job and very passionate which is nice to see. I found a lovely Porsche Boxster that was in beautiful condition, advertised at Phantom. The sales team were very helpful when I arrived after booking an appointment. I arrived and the car was presented beautifully. I have already referred a few friends to go and visit them for their new car as the service I received was second to none. Me and Phantom did have quite a rough beginning, we didn't get off to the best start. The car I had before the Merc was not up to standards. It had quite a few issues, and wasn't what I was expecting at all. I told them that I was really unhappy and was not prepared to keep the car in that condition. They were really good in response to my complaint, and did everything they could to rectify the issue, they gave me multiple options of how to move forward, and that is how I have ended up here today with my fantastic GLE. I really appreciate all of the effort that the was put in to turn this around and sort out this issue, I am more than happy with the Merc I have now and want to praise Phantom for helping me out, when I did come across those problems. With them being so helpful and upfront, they have clutched me as a loyal customer and I would go back again and again, I know that I will be looked after with all of my future purchases👍.
