I am very happy with the A200 I got recently from Phantom and with the whole experience of buying the car and the customer service. The sales person was very helpful and there was no pressure to buy which was very different from previous experiences I had had in other dealerships. 10 out of 10 for sure👍

Very professional and certainly not pushy at all. Their communication was spot on throughout the transaction. Their service was incomparable and the best I've ever received. I would recommend to anybody to explore the dealership, it is more like a day out when dealing with Phantom!

I am very happy overall, a nice car and nice company. They helped me with any questions and showed me around the car really well, I didn't feel the 'pressure to buy' and I wasn't constantly mithered when looking around. I would happily recommend Phantom to anyone looking for a great, good condition motor!

I wouldn't hesitate recommending Phantom Motor Company to anybody looking to buy a new motor. When I recently used them to buy my BMW every single person I spoke to was helpful and kind and they did everything they could for me. The car is absolutely brilliant not a single bone to pick, it couldn't have gone any better for me!

"First automatic car"

I just swapped to an automatic for the first time and there is zero chance of going back to a manual... its so nice and easy to drive an auto. I went with an Audi, quite new and modern with everything I needed, The car is doing great, its looking after me and so lovely to drive. The customer service was great, everybody very helpful and kind. If you're reading this review considering buying a car here, I recommend! I also highly recommend swapping to an automatic if your thinking about it!

I took my car down to Phantom ready to part exchange it for something newer, it was so easy they laid everything out on the table and we went from there. The new car is nice to drive, lovely and smooth. Its been nice having a change to a newer car and I thank Phantom for their help
