Just completed my purchase from Phantom Motor Company of a Range Rover Velar and I'm chuffed to bits with it. The car was delivered a week or so ago and it's even better than I imagined, its absolutely lovely. It's surprisingly very economical too! I've been driving the car daily since buying and its been fantastic, I'm learning something new every day, lots of functions and very techy, still getting my head around it, but I'm having fun whist doing it! The customer service was second to none, Adam looked after me, he was spot on, really informative, helpful and always on hand if needed. The stock looks absolutely unreal and I'm excited to go and view it all when we are able to, I will certain use Phantom next time I want to upgrade or change cars.

Top service, it was quick, easy and simple to purchase. The Mercedes is spot on, all good. Very happy with the whole experience and I will be back in the near future to buy again from these guys.

I have been dealing with Chelsea at Phantom during the purchase of my Mercedes C Class, she was helpful, informative and worked very quickly for me. The car itself is wonderful, very enjoyable to drive and looks incredible. Its the first time I've bought from Phantom but I've already asked them to keep a look out for a specific RS6 I'm after, so I would be more than happy to deal with them again.

Brilliant car, customer service and after sales service. I bought a Range Rover and not long after buying I had a small issue I contacted the dealer and they said to get a quote for repair. They were so helpful when I called for the problem the dealer was professional when speaking to me, they have tried to resolve as quickly as possible and told me if needed they will provide a courtesy car. Apart from this issue the car is great, low mileage, great condition and was a good price. Even though I've had a little problem with the car, I will 100% use Phantom motor company again and recommend to friends and family, the customer service has been fantastic from the start.

Buying a car from phantom couldn't have gone any better or quicker. From first contacting to driving away in my new Discovery Sport the whole process was smooth, quick and simple. The staff were helpful and gave me great advise to help me chose which spec and model I wanted. I have always loved Mini's so they have always been my first choice of car, my last Mini was a diesel and I wanted a Mini Cooper S or SD, is was the only model of Mini that I haven't had yet, I've had every spec possible and loved every single one. I live in Scotland and had been searching for a Cooper S or SD for over a year, and there was nothing around at all. I found the perfect a Mini with Phantom, and although we are over 300 miles away, it was so worth the travel. This is the best car I've ever bought, I'm absolutely loving it. I phone the garage and said I wanted it, there wasn't even chance for a hard sell, but they didnt apply any pressure was was very friendly. I asked if I could apply for the finance there and then and did, as soon as I was accepted I planned my journey down. Jamie, who helped with the finance was really great, he was thorough and helpful. I would be happy with deal with Phantom Motor Company again in the future.

Just bought a Porsche from Phantom and whole process was very easy. I dealt with Chelsea who was very good and answered any questions I had. As part of the deal I part exchanged a Touareg, with the current covid situation everything was by phone or online. When it came to the handover and collection of the trade in the process was harder for both parties as I'm in Scotland, meaning travel was out of the question. So delivery and trade in was done at home which was fine and when car arrived was as described, I was very pleased with it, I am more than happy with the purchase. I would be happy to deal with them again and no hesitation to recommend to others.
