Would highly recommend Phantom Motor Company to anybody, they are such a good garage and were very easy to deal with. The delivery of my Jag was absolutely spot on, it was bang on time and had a very good amount of fuel in, (which is rare). When it arrived it was gleaming clean and was pristine inside and out. I would highly recommend these to others, it was such a stress free transaction and it saved me a lot of hassle by having it delivered, so thank you!

Adam is an absolute credit to Phantom, he was one of the friendliest and helpful salesman I have ever met. He looked after me so well, and made the transaction as seamless as possible. He made spending a large amount of money, very enjoyable! I did have a slight issue, but he got it sorted for me straight away and even knocked off a few pennies for the inconvenience. I must start out by saying that Chelsea was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she was helpful and went above expectations. She made sure my A3 was spick and span before I came to collect it, everything was streamline, quick and headache free! I couldn't be happier really. Oh how gorgeous my new BMW X4 is, its absolutely stunning and I feel very proud to own it. Its by far the best thing we've ever bought. I use the car for work and day to day driving so I'm literally never out of it, its such a lovely car and it was absolutely spotless when collecting. I was pleasantly surprised with Phantom Motor Company, they were brilliant from the get go, everything sorted, done and dusted, there wasn't much left for us to do, the part exchange was taken care of quickly and we got a great discount off the new car for it. The communication was really good, before the purchase I was waiting for a few things to fall in place finance wise and the dealership stayed in contact right up to the collection day, they were helpful and informative and willing to assist with any requests I made. I bought a BMW 520D and I am loving it, I'm really glad I went with it, not looked back since! I cannot fault a single thing with Phantom or the car itself, and therefore highly recommend and rate 5/5!
