Just bought our first electric car, its incredible, I don't think we will ever look back. The sales process and journey was fantastic, very organised, easy and professional. We are so so so happy with the Audi A3, its a beautiful car and it's so nice to drive. I had a Vauxhall Corsa for 7 years so its a massive upgrade for me, I love it! The customer service was perfect, so lovely and helpful, we felt comfortable and very welcome. I have already recommended to others, really impressed.

I'm very happy with my new car from Phantom, I haven't used this dealer in the past, and I usually buy from main dealer, so a difference experience for me. The customer service was great, very helpful and friendly. I bought an A7 and its perfect, I took the car to Audi after buying for peace of mind, they did a full check over the car and said everything is all good - very pleased.
