I had a M3 and it was costing a lot to run and I wasn't getting the use of it so I traded it in for a Mercedes GLE, this one is much cheaper and easier to run and maintain. There's a massive difference between the cars, but the Merc is lovely, I'm happy with it. The dealership was sound, nice and helpful and got things sorted quickly.

I was a little apprehensive buying a car from a video.... but I am more than happy with the car, its fantastic. Its exactly as described, no hidden surprises, the Range Rover was delivered in top condition and I honestly cant fault it. I'd have no issues in using Phantom again and recommending to others.

I travelled over 400 miles to buy a car from Phantom Motor Company, but it was the right car at the right price, it ticked all the boxes. Its a second car so not used daily, but no problems what so ever, very happy with it, I cant complain.

Phantom Motor Company comes with my highest recommendations. I purchased a Rolls-Royce Dawn and the car is exceptional, absolutely superb. I dealt with Chris, who was the most humble salesman I've ever met, he listened to everything I needed and wanted and got it in order, he organised the delivery which was on time and as expected. 10/10 for Chris and the service he provided, faultless.

Perfect customer service, even though everything was done remotely, the whole experience was positive and hassle-free. It was easy and quick and the dealership and staff remained very professional and helpful through-out. I had the Mustang delivered, it was on time, in great condition, as described and very clean and tidy, no complaints at all - I will buy from here again in the future.

A very swift purchase through Phantom, during the sale the team were fantastic, very helpful and polite. They always returned my calls and emails and kept me updated. The Audi A5 was delivered to my house it was really quick and stress-free. The delivery driver was very attentive and helpful, the car is immaculate really lovely, just got tot try and keep it that way! I highly recommend Phantom Motor Company.

Some absolutely beautiful cars on display, found exactly what I was looking for online so went down to view it and within a few days the car is now parked on my drive, dealt with Chelsea from start to finish an she was very professional an helped with any issues I had, thankyou I cant recommend phantom enough.
