I passed my driving test around 2 months ago, I've never bought a car so I was on the look out for my first car. I found a Mercedes A Class with Phantom and I loved it, I enquired, applied for finance and got accepted, I was well happy. As far as first cars go, I've really not done bad - its absolutely beautiful. I'm out in it whenever I possible can, I'm loving it. The customer service was really good, Chelsea looked after me and she was spot on, she explained everything to me, everything about the car, any questions I had she answered, just really helpful and loads of knowledge. The whole process wasn't stressful at all, they sorted everything for me and really quickly, they put a fresh MOT on the car and a service, I couldn't have wanted any more.

We dealt with the lovely Chelsea, she was so friendly and easy to speak to. I'm using the car daily to get to and from work and I'm really enjoying it, its very nice! I bought a Porsche 911 and I knew the car would be pleasurable, but its even better than I thought it would be, and driving the car is 10x more comfortable that I thought it would be, its lovely. The dealership was helpful during my purchase and I was pleased with the process. It would be a pleasure to buy and deal with this company again.

I bought a Range Rover Sport and although I've only covered about 30 miles in it so far, its incredible, I'm very pleased with it. Its exactly what I wanted. With working from home and lockdown I haven't been out much in it, I definitely haven't seen it at its full potential yet - which I'm keen to experience. Customer service was spot on through-out, Simon helped me through the sale, he was easy to get along with and very informative. I would be happy to purchase another car through Phantom and I'd highly recommend.

Very easy to buy and part ex my old car, the whole process was quick, easy and simple. The team were very helpful and friendly, they were brilliant. The car was delivered and my part ex was taken, it was a smooth transition and went as planned and on time. I couldn't fault the Volkswagen Touareg or the service I received.

I bought my wife a Mercedes A Class a couple of weeks ago, the car is perfect, the wife is extremely happy with it and is finding any excuse possible to get out in it! We contacted Phantom as we needed a car urgently, the car my wife did have, the engine went in it so we needed something and soon. Phantom organised to deliver the car the very next day - I was shocked. Very very impressed with how quickly they worked to sort us out. I highly recommend.

To say I'm happy with my new purchase would be an understatement. I'm highly impressed with my new Maserati Ghibli the car is absolutely superb, it has to be seen to be appreciated. When I arrived to collect the car it was pristine looked absolutely stunning. The team were fantastic in providing top class customer service. I have been in contact with Sarah from the after sales department too, she was brilliant, got the minor issue sorted straight away, very happy with how quickly and professionally it was rectified. I have been admiring Phantom Motor Company's stock for years, I'm always looking and the stock and showroom is absolutely unreal, I've always wanted to buy a car from them. I had an F Pace, but I just wasn't happy with it, it wasn't right for me and I wanted a Range Rover. My wife finally agreed to let me purchase a Range so Phantom Motor Company was the first place I went to. The staff were brilliant, always available and on hand to help, top notch service. Most of the deal was done over the phone and they were so helpful! I love the car and really impressed with the dealership too - I will be back in 3 years to trade this in and upgrade to something else! Thanks Phantom!
