Can’t praise Adam enough, the service he gave was great from start to finish. The whole process was spot on could not fault it! I found the car online and went to view, after a quick test drive, I had a few questions and Adam was able to answer straight away, there wasn't a question he couldn't answer! A fountain of knowledge! Would 100% recommend Phantom to my family and friends.

There were a few minor things I needed doing to the car but fair play to them they arranged for them to be done at a more convenient time for us. Having lived close to Phantom motor company in the past and my friends recommending them, when the time came to upgrade, I decided to check them out. I found the car I wanted almost instantly and they took me for a test drive in it, I sealed the deal there then and haven't looked back since. From the initial enquiry right up to the delivery of the car, the level of customer service was fantastic. I had found the car through Autotrader and live some distance from the showroom so I didn’t physically see the car until it was dropped off. It looked good both inside and out and exactly as described online, I felt it was a big risk, but this car ticked all the boxes and when it arrived in great condition I was made up. I arranged to view the car with Kevin, although Kevin wasn't pushy at all, he didnt really have to sell the car to me, knew I had to have it, I had my heart set on it before even seeing it.
