The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. Chelsea was so helpful, and very welcoming. She did everything she could to accommodate, she was fab! The Mini Countryman I bought is perfect, I'm enjoying it a lot! Can't fault Phantom, the car is great, the service was brilliant, I would highly recommend.

I will 100% be back to Phantom when I need a new car. They were fantastic, they really couldn't do enough for me. I went to a main dealer first to purchase, and the service was awful, so when I went to Phantom, it was a completely different experience. They were really helpful, and friendly and went above and beyond. The Mitsubishi I bought is great, I'm really enjoying it, I'm out driving it at every opportunity possible. I highly recommend Phantom Motor Company!

On arrival was treated, initially was looking for my partner, he had seen an Audie from phantom and wanted to test drive it, looked fab and was dealt with quickly by Alan. All questions answered and felt that the service was to a high standard. All the team very friendly and willing to help every time we arrived on site.

I purchased a Discovery in August, so far I've got no complaints at all, no issues. The car is running well, looks good and the price was right too. Chelsea handled the sale, she was very good, helpful, informative and very friendly. I would be happy to use Phantom again.

I bought a BMW 2 series from Phantom a couple of weeks ago, its great, looks smart, and it was a brilliant price! I would say I'm really enjoying driving it, however I've not had much chance to drive it because the wife loves it that much, I can't get her out of it! The car was delivered, which was handy. From start to finish the customer service was outstanding. We are really happy with the car, the kids love it, the wife loves it, I have no complaints what so ever. Happily buy another car from Phantom.
