David assisted me with the sale of my Porsche Macan, the service he provided was excellent, top marks to David. I am absolutely 100% happy with the Porsche, I feel very content. I would most definitely considering buying again from Phantom. They took the extra steps to keep me happy, and went above and beyond. Customer service was absolutely brilliant - Highly recommend!

Purchased a car for my wife from Phantom, she absolutely loves it. We had looked around for some time and then found the car we wanted at Phantom, it was slightly more expensive than our budget but it was in a unique colour and was really low mileage, so was well worth the extra money. Plus my wife fell in love with it, so it was a done deal. For the quality of the car, it was a fair price. Not given the full 5 stars as there was a little bit of waiting around as the dealership were so busy, however Chelsea who dealt with us was absolutely brilliant she did everything from start to finish, and we really have no complaints against her customer service skills, shes a hard worker. I would buy from them again and happily recommend to others.

This is the 2nd car I've bought through Phantom Motor Company, and I'd definitely consider buying my next through them. The customer service was great. The Mercedes I bought is brill to drive, I'm really happy with it. The only reason the score has been knocked down was due to the time it took to process my part exchange, the settlement took a little longer than expected. However, I would still recommend and I'd use again in future.
