Very satisfied with the service received from Phantom Motor Company, they were first class, very helpful and its a lovely car. Still haven't received registration docs buts think that's out of their hands due to covid. Generally all round excellent!

Generally really happy with my car, found some tiny chips on the front that I didn't notice when buying it but have been told to go back in and they will sort it. Its a very nice car though and I'm thrilled with it.

I have just purchased a Mini Countryman from Phantom Motor Company. I dealt with Chelsea and she was brilliant. Really lovely to deal with and excellent customer service. I live in the Republic Of Ireland and after a long search on various platforms I saw Phantom Motors were selling the exact car with the extras I was looking for. As I was not going to be able to travel to Wigan to view and test drive the car I had to trust the dealer implicitly. I saw that the dealer rating was very good so I phoned to enquire about the car and Chelsea was the salesperson who guided me through the process from start to finish. Firstly I was e-mailed a video of the car (inside and out) and was shown all the details that I asked for including the battery capacity, which was extremely important for me as I was purchasing an electric car. All the extras on the car were pointed out and all queries were answered promptly and efficiently by Chelsea. The windscreen was cracked and it was no issue to have it replaced by BMW before shipping. All paperwork required for me to import the car arrived with the car and when I received the car it was in perfect condition, as described by Chelsea from day one. I would definitely purchase a car from Phantom Motors again and would have no qualms about purchasing over the phone again. Chelsea was honest and up front about the car and made the entire process stress free. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phantom Motors to my friends and family. Thanks again Chelsea!

Went to view an Audi A1 on Sunday the 9th of August, there was a scratch on the bonnet and on the passenger side. There was no pushy salesman and Alan who dealt with us had the paintwork resprayed for me to a very high standard. Also a full M.O.T. Collected the car today and I am very pleased and would recommend this company.
