I can't remember who I dealt with there, but he was really helpful and just lovely to deal with. He was really informative and knowledgeable. Absolutely fantastic! I cannot fault Phantom Motor Company at all, they have been brilliant throughout. My car has been back to them since purchasing and they've done everything possible to ensure the customer service levels remain, as well doing the work to the highest standard possible. I first dealt with David, he was helpful, informative and professional. I've dealt with Chris and Sarah in the after sales department since, they have been absolutely brilliant. Chris went above and beyond to come and collect the car from me when it needed to go back for the work, he did this over a weekend, which to me was incredible service. Even though the car has been back with Phantom, I can't knock them for anything. I will use them again in the future.

The BMW I bought is fantastic! Super impressed with it. When I bought the car I knew it needed some little bits doing, Phantom sorted this for me within days. Simple straight forward process. The salesman that helped me buy the Range Rover was Jamie, he was really helpful and knowledgeable. The car had a small crack in the windscreen when purchasing and they have sorted this for me with a full replacement screen. I had the car delivered and they took my old car away as a part exchange the same day, it was really quick and simple. Highly recommend Phantom Motor Company, they went above and beyond.
