Couldn't be happier with my Audi Q3, it runs great. The Mr's is driving it at the moment and she loves it. Chelsea couldn't of done enough for us, she was a star ⭐ I have seen a nice BMW M4 and SQ5 that I would like to take a look at so no doubt I will be back down here soon enough. The showroom is like a day out, some unreal cars down there it was a blast having a nosey around. I will defo come back here.

I've had a Jaguar F-Pace before, and I just love what the car has to offer! So, naturally I went for another one. The car runs amazing and it's safe to say that this is the best car ever, every time I get into the car it does something different which I love. As it only does 20 mpg, I only use it 3/4 times a week, but they are my favourite driving times, the car is spectacular. Chelsea was amazing to deal with, nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she made part exchanging my car very easy. It is an easy 5 stars.

My wife loves it! The car is used daily and I've made some long trips up to Scotland and back and the car hasn't had any issues, its nice and comfortable on longer drives and performs well on the smaller trips too. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with, he made it all simple and quick. I would highly recommend!

I purchased a Mercedes Benz GLC from this dealership, but I no longer have the car as it has been exported to Cyprus. But when I did have the car it was lovely to drive. Chelsea made the whole experience really quick and simple, from start to finish and I thank her for that.

I know what to expect from this dealership as we have been coming back to Phantom for a while now over the years. Brian looks after us every time and I love some of the conversation we have. I only use the car to commute to work so it probably won't do any more than 15 miles a day, but it runs well for the most part and everything was all good on the sale side of things. I have no complaints regarding the process or the car I am very happy and would gladly shop with Phantom again in the future should I need another vehicle.

It's only a weekend car but my Land Rover RR Evoque is lovely... when I get chance to drive it because my partner drives it more than me, but I haven't heard any complaints. When I went to view the car, I was greeted by Kevin, he knew everything about the car and after talking to him for a while he offered to take it out for a quick spin and we knew we had to have it when we got back, it was perfect for our needs. We then collected it a couple of days after, unfortunately Kevin was on holiday at this point so he wasn't there on the day of collection, but another team member greeted us and they were just as professional as Kevin. The handover was smooth and detailed, I drove off one very happy customer!

I've not had the best opportunity to go out in the Merc at the moment, as I'm always in the works van and my partner has her daily electric car. We have put probably 100 miles on the car since driving it away a couple of months back, but we haven't had any issues with it just yet, hopefully we can get out in it over Christmas. What we have driven of the car, we've really enjoyed it, especially coming from the works van, its pure luxury! For a first time customer at this dealership, I'm very impressed with the service 10/10 with everything they did. Really thorough and attentive, I only have really positive feedback to give! Me and my partner are returning customers at this dealership, so we know that every time we get a new car from here that we will get the best possible car, along with the best possible service from any dealership. We purchased the Land Rover Discovery on this occasion, and it has been faultless, there is nothing negative I can say about it.
