The car is running like a dream. We are so happy with the 5 Series it is everything we wanted it to be. We also loved the showroom at Phantom, they have lots of amazing cars to browse. Chelsea was our sales rep, and we think she was really nice and super helpful when it came to purchasing the car. We would give the garage and Chelsea full marks as we were happy with everything and there is not a thing we would change about the whole journey.

Next time I need a car, Phantom motors will be the first place I check to see If they have anything I like. This was the first time I have bought from Phantom, and I have zero complaints. The car is running really smooth and the service from Craig was fabulous. All in all, I am happy with the service I have experienced.

I love my F type it runs really well, and I have had no problems at all. Kevin at Phantom was also really helpful. Top quality bloke, really happy with the service and the overall style of the garage. I will be returning in the future. Thank you very much Kevin.

They are a bunch of good guys down at phantom, I will be dealing with them again. I found out after a few of my friends had used them before and they all had good things to say too. I really can’t stand pushy salespeople, but Kevin was really laid back and was a no-nonsense guy. I was really happy, and I walked away with a shiny new car.

I got my A4 from Phantom and I had never used them before, but the service was to a very high standard. I’m not a fan of pushy sales reps but Kevin was brilliant and not pushy at all. Overall, really happy with the car and service.

We bought the car for my partner as we are expecting a baby and need a 5 door. We first saw the Astra it was on Auto Trader, and we travelled from north Wales to see the car and test drive it in person. Phantom motors is a beautiful garage and I would highly recommend it to anyone. When the car was ready for collection it was perfect. All the valeting had been done to an immaculate standard. We are over the moon with it.

It was my first time buying from phantom and the experience was superb. Chelsea was really helpful and friendly. I had my eye on a few cars, and I was left to test drive them then go away and decide. I called Chelsea when I chose the Toyota CHR. Really excellent service.

I can’t find any fault with Kevin or Phantom. I was given space to decide, and I found Kevin to be really helpful. The 3 Series is awesome. It drives really well and does the job I need it to do. If I need a car again in the future, I will be returning to check out what they have as they have some beautiful cars in stock.
