I am exceptionally happy with my new Ford Focus, I had a Jag for a couple years but it wasn't very good to the gallon and with retirement just round the corner, I decided to downsize and get something a little more economical, It is running like a dream and exceed my exceptions, I would be lying if I said I didn't miss the Jag a little but the Focus ticks all the boxes for what I need out of a car. Longin was great to work with, really attentive and pleasant.

All is good so far, I don't drive my car all to much, I have a works van so this is my main form of transport Monday to Sunday.. The 2/300 miles I have done, the car is driving really well and given me no cause for concern, I went with the Skoda Octavia as I had a Ford Focus ST a long while ago and wanted something relatively similar, I had a Diesel family car since the ST and wanted something a little different, the Skoda Octavia ticked all the boxes for me. Kev was great to deal with, very helpful, responded promptly on email and was available over the phone the couple times I need to call.

I have been a returning customer of Phantom Motor Company, I think I have had about half a dozen cars from Cole and the lads and I have a really good relationship with quite a few of them. Most recently, I purchased a Range Rover Sport which I love, it's the first I have bought with Winter tires and I was quite concerned there would be a lot of noise from them, they are silent. We had probably a foot of snow last weekend so the timing couldn't have been better, there were lost of traffic jams everywhere and my car breezed through it which was nice. I hate this weather normally however, I am quite excited for the snow we are due in the coming weeks for the simple fact that I get to test out the tires some more. The team were excellent as always, I dealt with Chelsea on this occasion, this is my first time meeting Chelsea, she has learned from the best and followed the same example the other lads have set.

I am really happy with and enjoying driving my new Mercedes CLS, It's a fantastic car, I was concerned at first because there was a vibration when it was started cold, I took this be checked and it came back with no faults. Brian was really nice to deal with, very friendly and helpful.

I had a couple of issues towards the end of the sale, but the team were quick to get the issues resolved, before I picked up my car. Me and my partner are over the moon with the car now and the fault at the start is a thing of the past. Really impressed and I would come back when we want another car.

Couldn't be happier with my Audi Q3, it runs great. The Mr's is driving it at the moment and she loves it. Chelsea couldn't of done enough for us, she was a star ⭐ I have seen a nice BMW M4 and SQ5 that I would like to take a look at so no doubt I will be back down here soon enough. The showroom is like a day out, some unreal cars down there it was a blast having a nosey around. I will defo come back here.

I've had a Jaguar F-Pace before, and I just love what the car has to offer! So, naturally I went for another one. The car runs amazing and it's safe to say that this is the best car ever, every time I get into the car it does something different which I love. As it only does 20 mpg, I only use it 3/4 times a week, but they are my favourite driving times, the car is spectacular. Chelsea was amazing to deal with, nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and she made part exchanging my car very easy. It is an easy 5 stars.

My wife loves it! The car is used daily and I've made some long trips up to Scotland and back and the car hasn't had any issues, its nice and comfortable on longer drives and performs well on the smaller trips too. Kevin was a pleasure to deal with, he made it all simple and quick. I would highly recommend!

I purchased a Mercedes Benz GLC from this dealership, but I no longer have the car as it has been exported to Cyprus. But when I did have the car it was lovely to drive. Chelsea made the whole experience really quick and simple, from start to finish and I thank her for that.

I know what to expect from this dealership as we have been coming back to Phantom for a while now over the years. Brian looks after us every time and I love some of the conversation we have. The car is used daily and its running great. Another fantastic purchase from Brian and co.
