Kevin, absolutely spot on, couldn't fault him, what a brilliant guy he is. Really responsive and was always on the other end of the phone when I needed him. The C class has bene bang on tbf, did have an issue but it got ironed out pretty quickly so can't complain. Spot on 👍.

I am absolutely made up with the 4 Series to be fair! What a mega car it is, absolutely unreal to drive. Longin and the team in general were incredible to deal with, it was dead simple. no pressure or nothing. Happy to give Phantom 5 stars.

I absolutely love the Q5, it is such a gorgeous car to drive. There wasn't much selling to do as I knew exactly what I wanted, I have been on the market for months, so when I arrived I was already ready to take it away with me! Brian was lovely, such a nice guy, he actually delivered the car to me and he was so so helpful, he couldn't have been better to deal with. Really happy with the overall experience!

The X3 is great, absolutely lovely! It was nice and tidy and was presented so well the handover. Again, Adam was absolutely lovely too, I really couldn't fault him, from start to end he was amazing, he couldn't do enough for me. I cannot fault Adam or Phantom in general, they have been excellent to deal with.
