The A3 is definitely an upgrade from my last car, I absolutely love driving it. It is so smooth and looks lovely too. Brian has been incredible to deal with, he is such a nice guy and has helped with absolutely everything, he couldn't do enough for me.

Wow! This is what every car sales company should aspire to. Excellent service, quality cars. Professional and courteous customer service. A Special mention to Craig, Ben, Chelsea and Brian the delivery guy ( a true gentleman) I was very nervous of buying a car unseen over the Internet but they all made the process easy and trustworthy. As for the car I bought, a Mercedes C Class AMG 220, its fantastic! Absolutely in love with it. I cannot fault it. It arrived at my home on time and beautifully presented by Brian, the delivery driver, with a complimentary bottle of wine and large umbrella. Brilliant service! Also, a big thank you and respect to the valeting guys who presented an outstanding vehicle. I'm sure most people don't appreciate the work they do. All in all, a fantastic buying experience for me. 5*

It was such a quick turnaround getting the Range Rover and it was in such good condition when I arrived, I was so impressed! Craig was spot on, over the moon with him and how he handled things. I had a bit of a niggle with the battery to begin with but they covered the cost of that for me so I cannot complain really. Since then the car has been bang on.

I am loving my Nissan Juke, it is absolutely beautiful! Definitely one of the nicest cars I have driven! It was in excellent condition, gleaming inside and out! Adam, I cannot speak highly enough of him, he was superb, top rated I would say. From beginning to end he was like my right hand man, I cannot say enough good things about Phantom and would recommend them to anyone!

The only thing that let Kevin down was the fact he is a Man United fan, apart from that he was absolutely brilliant, couldn't fault him🤣 I wasn't actually meant to view the Focus ST, I was there for another car but saw this one and the rest is history. He was a great bloke, really easy going and good to speak with. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect, couldn't be happier with the Discovery. Drives a dream and looks the part too. Longin was the sales guy and he was faultless, did absolutely everything he could for me, all I really had to do was sign the dotted line. I'd be more than happy to recommend Phantom.

No bother at all. the GTI has been perfect, really happy with it. Did have a little issue but Kevin sent the part out so I am over the moon with it. I would definitely buy from Phantom again, absolutely brilliant.
