Recently bought a new Mercedes from Essex Prestige and love it I've even had the roof down a fair bit thanks to the hot weather. I dealt with Reiss who was really friendly and overall I thought the service was excellent. I had a great day and it was very exciting deciding on my new car so thank you for all your help in making it a great experience.

The most straight forward transaction I have ever had when buying a new car it was so hassle free I couldn’t believe it, everyone was so lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to use you again next time I am in the market for a new car but for now I love my new Volvo XC90.
