The service from this dealer was spot on I have no complaints at all. I bought a Range Rover Sport and it's amazing. I like to change my cars often, so although I love this car and its perfect for me for now - I'm thinking of trading it in for a newer model next year. I will be straight back to Essex Prestige as they were extremely helpful at finding me exactly what I wanted. The customer service was honest and helpful from the start and everybody I came across was very chirpy, so over-all a great experience.

I couldn't be happier with my new fully electric Tesla its fantastic and anyone thinking of switching to electric, you won't be disappointed! Not only is the car phenomenal, the dealership are switched on, professional and extremely helpful. I will be back next time I'm in the market for a car for sure. I had been let down a couple of times by previous dealerships the day I was looking for a car and went to these guys last minute and found exactly what I wants plus the service was excellent, They were helpful and quick at helping me sort everything out and I love my new Audi A3. Excellent customer service provided by Essex Prestige, I bought a BMW M2 and the chap who did the sale was just incredible, I instantly felt comfortable and confident when speaking to him. I had lots of questions and they were really helpful talking through everything and answered everything I asked. I would use them again and recommend the 5 star service to anyone.
