After a tree landed on my last Passat, I definitely needed a new car. I have to say, it was the most hassle-free sale that I have ever had. I saw the car online, and I called James up to get some more information about it. On the same call, I was happy to go ahead with it. I headed down to Oldham, and there it was. James pushed the paperwork through quickly, and I was on my way. I've owned Volkswagen cars for 20 years, and they have never let me down. I'm due to get a new LWB van in the next 12 months, and I've already taken a look at their site.

My wife has been waiting to drive an SUV for a while, and finally we have had the chance to purchase one. After taking a look online, we found the VW T-Cross at Oldham. We called up to get some information, and once we were happy with the description of the car, my wife wanted to go and view it. As soon as she saw the SUV she had to have it. She has loved it every day since, and she finally has her dream car.

This is an amazing company! It was my first time visiting this company and it has left a long lasting impression because of the level of service/ cars they offer their customers. I went for the Volkswagen Taigo last month, and I'm always finding an excuse to go out in it! I've purchased a really high quality car that I know will last me for a long time. I hate to test drive cars but Noriel was very understanding of this and took me out in the car so I could get a true feel for the Volkswagen. The customer service from Noriel was excellent, and I felt very well looked after during the time I was in the dealership. I've had the car for a little while now and I love it.

After having my old Polo for 6 years, I think it was time for an upgrade. Since I know VW Polo's so well I thought I would stick to what I know. It was my first time at the dealership but once I arrived it was Martin who welcomed me and after explaining what sort of car I was looking for, he showed me a couple of options. I went for a lovely 73 plate, black  VW Polo! It was nice of Martin to arrange delivery of the car, so I didn't have to head back down to the dealership.

I hope that I won't have to buy another car anytime soon, but if I were to be in the market for one, I would happily come back to see Jack at Oldham. I thought he really went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable with all of the information he was telling me. I didn't feel pressured into getting a car, which I was worried about. I went for the Mondeo and it has been an amazing car and I know it will continue to be very reliable.

I part exchanged my old VW Polo for a newer model, so I quickly got used to the new one, and I knew exactly what to look out for. Jack was the young gentleman who looked after us; he went above and beyond because he even messaged me on his day off to keep me up to date. Great customer service.

I'm really happy with my VW Polo that I purchased from Oldham Volkswagen! I only got it last month, but I couldn't live without it. Michael was great from start to finish, I thought he was very professional, and he helped with all of the paperwork to make it an easy buying experience. Easy 5*
