I took my Tiguan out on its first tow the other day, and it pulled the caravan with ease! so I'm very impressed with it. Samuel was the main man who looked after me while I was at the dealership, he couldn't have done anything more for me. I wish the dealership was closer to home, so I wouldn't have to travel as far.

The car isn't actually mine; I got it for my daughter, who is currently at Liverpool University, so I've not actually seen the car. She hasn't been in touch to complain about the car, so I assume everything is running as it should be. All the way through, the service was very good, so everyone's happy.

I hate to test drive cars but Noriel was very understanding of this and took me out in the car so I could get a true feel for the Volkswagen. The customer service from Noriel was excellent, and I felt very well looked after during the time I was in the dealership. I've had the car for a little while now and I love it.
