I've not managed to get out in my Golf as much as I would have liked, but then again it is a second car so it was never meant to be used every day. Plus, with me working from home there isn't a daily commute to work but I'm sure I'll get out in it soon. I'm based in Berry, so I'm not far away from the dealership but it's good to know they are around the corner if there was any issues. The sales team has been very helpful throughout the sales process and everything was made nice and easy, so I can't complain.

Honestly I can't fault anything about my visit. Visiting other dealerships I've always felt very pressured to get a car but when I visited Oldham Volkswagen I was given all of the time in the world to make my decision. Which made me feel really confident when committing to getting the car. I would happily get another car from here in the future.

Couldn't be happier with my Volkswagen Polo! I've had the car for a number of weeks now and it hasn't let me down yet (touchwood) It was a while ago but I think it was Martin who looked after me on the day and I can't thank him enough. He was very respectful of the fact I wanted to take my time around the dealership and his no pressure sales tactics made me feel at ease. I honestly have no complaints.

I would happily use Oldham Volkswagen again in the future as the team went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car that was within my budget. I ended up driving away with a Polo and I couldn’t be happier with my choice, I'm just waiting for some car matts to really seal the deal but 10 out of 10 regardless.

Noriel you were brilliant! I couldn't recommend her enough because she was always on hand to help/ on the other end of the phone if I needed her, and I felt in great hands when she was talking me through the paperwork, leaving me with no hidden surprises. The Polo is for my son and he is very impressed with the car for the small times he's been out in it with his instructor, but for now we've got 0 issues with it. I never give anyone dead on 5 stars but the team weren't far off.

If I could pick one word to describe my new car then it would be grand! - It's been a lovely little car and for the time being I've not come across any issues, so let's hope it stays that way. It was about 8 weeks ago now and I'm not good with names but the all of the sales staff were super friendly and very accommodating from start to finish.

Nothing short of perfect from start to finish. The service that the team provided was amazing and I felt so well looked after because Michael was on hand 24/7 to answer all my questions. Everything was carried out when he said it would be so for me you can't ask for more.

Hands down, this is the best car buying experience I've ever had! Noriel really looked after myself and my wife. From our first interaction with Noriel, we could tell that she wasn't like any other salesperson that we have had dealings with in the past because she is so down to earth and genuine. We were offered coffee on arrival, and we found her to be very informative/ helpful when it came to answering our questions. I loved every minute of my experience.
