On arrival at Phantom Motors I was pleasantly surprised at the stock of high quality cars on offer. I was greeted by Craig and I told him what I was looking for. I was given the time I needed to give the Land Rover a good check over and take it for a test drive, I asked lots of questions which Craig was very helpful with.

Phantom was unable to trade my car in because things started to go wrong with it in the end. I ended up in tears on the forecourt. I came away rest assured when Longin told me that the Land Rover was mine and he was keeping it for me, I felt like all my Christmases had come at once. I had to find a different route of getting rid of my old car. I did so and Longin said I told you that was your car and I would save it for you and he was true to his word, he was amazing. When it is time to upgrade I will certainly be returning to Phantom and dealing with Longin again.

I had a Nissan Juke and was wanting an upgrade, I came down to Phantom Motor Company to purchase a Nissan Qashqai and its so nice, I really love it ahah. This car is much newer and nicer than my old one, when I picked the car up the staff were amazing and dead good with me If I was to rate them from 1 to 5, I would put them on a 5. Matthew was dead good!

I was dealing with a girl called Chelsea back in March when I was going through with purchasing a new car, she made it so easy and made it run like clock work, she is so good at her job, so kind and so lovely! I would use and recommend to anyone.

I was so impressed with the professionalism in the dealership and also the cleanliness of the set up, I have never seen a garage/show room like this one, so tidy, spotless, clean and so lovely, I was taken back by it. The Volvo XC90 is great and running as it should, we did have a slight issue at the start but I am happy with how Phantom rectified it. We wouldn't be more satisfied!

I had a Range Rover previously but it was clearly costing me a fortune in fuel, the BMW, which is a hybrid, I am hardly spending anything it is so fuel efficient, and not to mention a dream to drive! I dealt with a lad called Adam at Phantom Motor, he was belting, so got everything sorted to fast, I was in and out job was a good one. When I win the lottery I will be back again to get a Rolls Royce off them 🤣

I can't speak highly enough about Phantom Motor Company, such a brilliant place to buy a car from! I had a few small issues but once I let them know they were quick enough to get it rectified with no issues at all. The car feels brand new and I love it like its my baby. I love the experience, I didn't get left in the dark at any point and I was shocked at the communication skills that were provided here, never left me waiting long to hear back, kept me in the loop of things at all times and as an over all just so friendly from start to finish. I would use again any day of the week. Such a recommendable place!

The Merc is just mint, running sound as and is spot on! The team I was dealing with, again dead sound people and so knowledgeable, literally perfect. I love the Merc C220 just because its such a neat tidy car. LAV IT.
