Kevin was wonderful I could not have asked for more.

Phantom motors are astonishing, I dealt with a young girl called Chelsea who went out of her way to help me there was none of those silly sales pitches, she had good communication throughout the whole process and the delivery was extremally fast. The car arrived in an immaculate condition. I live in Aberdeen so it was over 300 miles to get the car, it was totally worth it though, the Audi is absolutely perfect!

I was made very welcome by Longin, he was lovely, really helpful. I would definitely use Phantom Motor Company Limited again.

The X3 is lovely and I am super pleased with the easy, friendly and ‘can do’ attitude I received from Matthew. A great experience with Phantom and especially Matthew who dedicated himself to my every need. Nothing was too much for him! I will be back for another vehicle my the time arrives. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

We have a baby now so we needed a bigger car, we had a Mercedes A Class before we bought our BMW X6. It is perfect for me, much more spacious, I totally love it! I am from Yorkshire, so when I saw the car advertised through Autotrader at Phantom Motor Company, I knew it was going to be a long drive, but the car looked like it was worth it. I arranged to pay them a visit they went way and above my expectations Kevin was brilliant, so helpful and very thorough.. I event got a bottle of wine when I purchase the car so that was a bonus.

Spot on a warm welcome from Ben who was more than happy to show me around Phantom Motor Companies show room whilst I awaited my BMW, its amazing down there an absolutely dream for any petrol head. I highly recommend these if you’re looking for an excellent service and even once you have purchased your vehicle.

Without a shadow of doubt I would use Phantom again, Chelsea was first class, she answered all of my questions very clearly, she was really helpful and let me take my time looking round the showroom. I had an Audi before buying my BMW I am really happy with it, it is a mint car.
