I’ve always been a bit dubious about buying anything online, never mind buying a car online!! It was a big deal for me. After a few conversations with a helpful salesman I felt I had enough information and history to make a decision. The car I decided to go for was exactly as described on the website even down to how clean and shiny it was. The transaction was smooth and easy and the handover on delivery could not have been any better! It paid off putting my trust into this dealership and for that I highly recommend.

I live locally to Phantom Motor Company but have never purchased a car from them, in fact, I haven't bought a car for such a long time, I didn't know where to start. Anyways, I googled online what cars were available that I was interested in, I had 3-4 different models in mind. I had found a few to compare so kept them safe and asked my son to look at them with me (he's a real car geek). One was a BMW and I really liked it, it was perfect, he saw the BMW first and was blown away, he said 'Mum you have to get this one', before seeing any of the others, he thought the price was amazing too. He looked over the others and said the BMW from Phantom is by far the best for: value, condition, spec, features, mileage etc etc... Of course I went to view it, I was greeted by Chelsea, who was an absolute star, she looked after me during the process. The car looked stunning and there was no way I was going home without securing it. I had an older car that I wanted to swap, and I nearly fell over when they offered me more money than I originally paid for the car!! I can't believe I made more money selling it years later...! My son uses the car when he can, he loves driving it and is saving up for something similar, my husband even likes to drive the car, and he hates driving! To summarise, Chelsea was brilliant and provided a full 5 star service, the dealership over-all are absolutely amazing and hold some incredibly impressive cars. Part exchange values are fair and competitive and my new car is an all round fantastic vehicle, it is lovely to drive and very nice to look at. I would have zero issues in recommending Phantom Motor Company and will defo be back to see Chelsea when ready to upgrade (If I'm ever ready to let go of this car).

The service from the beginning was very good and all my questions and queries were answered by the salesman. My car is clean and as described, the mileage is low, it has full history and is in perfect condition.
