The guys at Phantom, were helpful, quick and provided great service. The car I bought is fab, no issues at all, I'm enjoying driving it and really happy with it. I would happily use them again and recommend to others.

The X6 I bought is great, driving well and sounds really good. I went to Phantom Motor Company on the back of a recommendation from a friend, I'm glad I did, Jamie was really helpful, he worked quickly and efficiently to get me in the car. I can't fault them for their service or quality of cars. I would use again, and pass on the recommendation to friends and family.

The service was very professional and the staff are helpful. The car needed new brake pads, due to the distance between myself and Phantom Motor Company, I didn't want to travel down for them to do the work, instead they have arranged for the brake pads to be delivered to me so they can be fitted at a garage local to me. This is really good customer service and accommodating my needs as a customer.

I love the car, I really do. I did have to have the disc pads done not long after purchasing (hence the reason for my lower score), however Martin at Phantom was really good. He was helpful, friendly and quick. Now the pads have been done the car is running perfectly, I really am happy with it. We picked the car up from the showroom, and I can honestly say they had put all the correct measures in place to ensure it was safe for customers to visit. I would still use them again and recommend to other people.

Jamie at the dealership was fantastic! Phantom Motor Company went the extra mile for me to get the car prepared and delivered to me so quickly. I enquired about the car, had a good chat with Jamie, and he organised everything from there. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient they were, I was so excited I curtain twitching all morning. My car was delivered on my drive at the agreed time and day. I am absolutely loving the car, its amazing. Absolutely fantastic! I cannot fault Phantom Motor Company at all, they have been brilliant throughout. My car has been back to them since purchasing and they've done everything possible to ensure the customer service levels remain, as well doing the work to the highest standard possible. I first dealt with David, he was helpful, informative and professional. I've dealt with Chris and Sarah in the after sales department since, they have been absolutely brilliant. Chris went above and beyond to come and collect the car from me when it needed to go back for the work, he did this over a weekend, which to me was incredible service. Even though the car has been back with Phantom, I can't knock them for anything. I will use them again in the future.

Simple. Everything just seemed simple. The sales guys were really good, the process was quick once I decided what car I wanted. They gave me the time to look around the cars, and wasn't pushy at all. The BMW is running perfectly. I'm really impressed with Phantom, I'll defo use them again in the future.
