Purchasing a car for someone else is usually quite difficult, but not if you buy from Reed Autos! The salesmen are top of their game here... I came down to buy my son a car, so was looking for something cheap to run yet reliable. I was soon seen to, the guy looking after me was incredible helpful and knowledgeable. We talked through some different makes and models to decide what would suit best and from there we checked a few cars out. Whilst looking around the cars everything was explained in great detail, no stone left unturned, I felt I knew the cars well enough to make a decision. Once I decided on the car, I was taken through the paperwork/documents etc and I was more than impressed with how much time they took to explain everything, I had a good understanding of the sale before signing anything. I would also like to give some praise to the fantastic deliveryman for being so helpful, he also made it a very excited delivery and was just as invested as I was in my son's new car. My son, for the record, is absolutely loving the car he tells me every time he comes round how brilliant it is. Reed Autos, you have a brilliant team that work hard, I cant thank you enough!

Earlier this year I came down to Reed Autos to purchase a Ford that I had seen advertised online, I was pleased when I first saw the car, it was presented extremely well and was very clean and tidy. Based on my recent experience I can for sure pass on my recommendations to any future buyers if its a second hand reliable car your looking for!

First things first, I love the VW I bought! Oh my, it puts a smile on my face every time I get in it. I pre bought the car which made things a lot easier for me, and the staff at reed autos, I was practically in and out on the day of collection. It made the process much easier, there were no issues when I went to collect and everything was ready for me to drive off. Someone give these guys a pat on the back!

I haven't actually managed to drive our Skoda yet, but my husband loves it! I can't wait to be able to get out in it to soon! We can't thank the team enough, the customer service was excellent. Our family think the car is great so we have recommended you to quite a few of them.

So far so good with my GLA, I love it and I definitely made the right decision. There was no bother at all while I was making the purchase, I was able to take the car for a good test drive and once I felt confident that everything felt right I went through with the purchase which took no time at all. I would say it was a five star experience.

I don't mean to set the bar low but at the moment I am pleased to have a car that hasn't blown up! The Kuga I bought from here is doing the job nicely and touch wood is without any problems. The lads were all nice enough to deal with and I was able to have a good chat with them about the cars I was interested in. When I am ready for another car I will be looking here first.

Outstanding customer service, the guys here really know how to get things done right! My car buying experience was exemplary and the Kia Picacto I bought is absolutely spot on. The car was beautifully clean when I came to pick it up, it felt brand new.

Lovely establishment - cars are presented well, the sales team are approachable and the transaction was smooth. The Audi A3 I purchased is a cracking car and the heated seats are a life saver in this weather 🥶 In the grand scheme of car dealerships there is nothing this place did to deter me from using them again.
