The team did everything they said they would... got everything boxed off... so I really can't complain! I was on the roads in my new Kuga quicker than I could have anticipated. The Kuga is a beautiful car... drives spectacularly well. I am a happy customer and recommend this dealership.

A very easy and straightforward transaction with Reed Autos, I couldn't have wanted anything more from the team. They were on hand to assist with my questions and queries but never forceful/pushy. All the cars were presented beautifully and my C4 is in great condition. Overall I would say I got it for a great price and was in safe hands.

I am more than pleased with the Kia I purchased, I am having so much fun driving it. James served us and he was extremally kind and such a lovely person. We wanted a few things doing to the car before agreeing the purchase and we told James what we wanted and he sorted it out in the click of the fingers. The process was that quick and ticked over so nicely we had the option to take the car on the day however we picked the car up the following day. It was an all round such a nice experience that I am over the moon with. Thank you James, you are amazing !

When choosing the correct vehicle it can be very time consuming because it is a long term commitment, with a substantial amount of money involved. When using Reeds Auto's customer service they were very patient and considerate to my vehicle requirements which I a greatly appreciated. My mind was not set on a certain model/type of vehicle when I came to the dealership for help, but James was very keen to show me all of the other impressive options around the dealership and on the forecourts which I then made a great choice in getting my Ford. I can confidently say I would more than happily use again and I will always recommend!

I am really happy with the Fiat I purchased, its driving just as good as it did when I picked it up. I am also very satisfied with the great level of care I was shown by the staff at the dealership. All my questions were answered and I was kept in the loop at all times. A job well done and a customer retained.

The customer service provided by the dealership was excellent, I found everybody to be polite, positive and friendly, they were also very enthusiastic when trying to allocate the most suitable vehicle for myself which provided me with confidence and a sense of achievement when I came away with my new shiny Vauxhall. Kindness, usefulness and friendliness is what you want form a salesman, non of that pushy sales stuff and over selling. The salesmen was ever so kind. The Vauxhall is driving lovely with no knocks, bangs or issues. Drives like a dream!! .
