I am very pleased with the 08 Toyota Aygo I recently purchased from Reeds Autos. The car runs very smoothly, very economic and it’s exactly what I was looking for. The service was great, Jacob was a star in keeping updated whilst the car was going through a service and MOT. Car was also presented very clean and all that was decided before hand was delivered.

Excellent service throughout, we were buying from South Wales and Jacob who we dealt with couldn’t have been more helpful providing pictures and videos in advance and making sure he was available for when we were able to travel down and view. The car was as described and competitively priced.

Love my car. I am very hot on customer service and really quite hard to please, but I give Reed five out of five stars. Friendly whilst professional, no pressure sales or fancy sale spins. I first spoke to Ryan (Head of Customer Services I believe) and George was our sales person. Both were exceptional. They had good knowledge about the car I was interested in and nothing was too much trouble.. George was flexible and helpful about making arrangements for the test drive and then collection. He explained about the option of putting a refundable deposit down on the car so it would be held for me until I could do the test drive, he even pointed out where the car had had a spoiler so there were no surprises. When I arrived to test drive the car, he had already had the body work where the spoiler had been, cleaned and the two small screw holes plugged. He was very well organised, had all the necessary paperwork ready, in folders and nicely displayed. He was patient and explained everything I needed to know, without being condescending. He answered a straight question with a straight answer without a load of sales talk, which was refreshing. George was very smart in his suite and general appearance, which although may not be important to everyone, was nice to see. There were good COVID safety measures in place at the premises. Even in these difficult and unusual times, I have to say it was the best car buying services I have had. Excellent. It was worth the hour drive.

We've been asked to leave a review by Reed Autos, so here goes, when we went into Reed Autos to look for a car we were pleasantly surprised by Jake who was happy to to help us in everyway, he showed us round the cars and was very chatty & helpful, we decided on an Audi. However, once we had decided on the car and the money had been transferred was where it went downhill. We had asked for the bumper to be repaired as part of the package so the car had to stay for a bit longer before we could collect it. Calls promised to be returned, were not returned and several calls to chase them to find out what was happening, followed. We finally agreed on a collection day, which was a Thursday, Jake had told us Thursday would be ideal as the bumper repair would be finished by the Wednesday, again he promised to call us to keep us updated. We booked the Thursday off work (using a days holiday) and after hearing nothing and chasing them on Thursday morning, we're told it was not ready. After expressing our dissapointment we were told we could collect it a 5pm on Thursday. We drove in to collect the car with our 2 young children, and took a seat in the waiting room. 20 minutes later of being completely ignored even though we could clearly see Jake in the office and he could clearly see us, we were then taken into a room by a very young lad we had never met who's name has escaped me. He very boldly slapped a document in the desk which we had not even had time to read, threw a pen at us and told us to "sign there", apparently it was to get us "guys" out as fast as possible to not "hold us up" (bearing in mind they close at 6pm) It was much more likely he was in a hurry to get home for his beans on toast. The document he asked us to sign was stating we were happy with all the aspects of the car, the valet, the condition, the repairs etc, at that point we had to point out to him that we would quite like to actually see the car before signing!!! On top of this, at no point did this lad ask to see our ID or even ask our names. Anyone off the street could have come in and driven away in a 14k car that we had paid for. As a family that were exited about our new car, we were basically made to feel like a huge inconvenience and very uncomfortable to the point of embarrassing. It goes without saying we will spend somewhere else in future. Train your staff in Customer Services Reed Autos.
