These guy are fabulous. The VW Polo is lovely and we are so happy with the way we was dealt with. We had a little issue with the Polo we brung it back to Ponko and within 15 ins it was sorted, we were literally in and out, no mither. so so happy!!!! 😁😁😁😁

Thank you so much for all that you did for me Your staff was amazing. The only issue it I'm getting old and I struggle to use the electricals. I'm wondering if I can book in for like a show around a car to show me a bit more what it does! I love the car, the physical shape of the car is lovely and I can't thank you enough for giving me this opportunity. You guys were just amazing. Everything is 5/5! Even the Coffee was 5/5! I have no complaints in the slightest..

I had wanted a Gold R for a little while and I saw this one crop up and I just could not say no. It was at such a great price and I could not let it slip though my fingers. I was pleased with the fact that I managed to test drive the VW first, get a feel for the car and see what it would be like to be behind the wheel on a day to day. The test drive was relaxed and at my own pace, which I really liked. I would overall rate Ponko a 5 out of 5 because they were so good all round.

I had James carrying my sale and I was very impressed with the way he was dealing with me. He spend a lot of time with me, explaining, clearing things up and making sure I had full understanding of everything. He was kind from start to finish and did everything for me. If I am still living here I would come back to Ponko in the future to make another vehicle purchase. I would also recommend. Very high 4.5 stars.

I was searching for an Automatic that I could share with me son and for the life of me I could not decide.. I was scrolling through Auto trader and I came across the Renault Clio and I though it looked perfect so I went with that car. The process was made easy and everything was made clear, I would deffo come back to Ponko!

I am more than happy to tell the truth. I have had a little niggle with the USB and honestly, they have got me in and getting it sorted faster than I could finish telling them about the niggle. These guys are ON THE BALL. I would recommend for sure!
