Just bought online car from Ponko. Very good experience. Nice,friendly and professional staff. Very detailed video of the car was sent to me. Car was delivered on time.Delivery driver called me in the morning and told me what time car will be delivered. Nice and friendly guy delivered the car, very professional show me the car, had all paperwork ready yo sign. Definitely recommend. Car as described. Hassle free .

I am most pleased with the outcome from Ponko, I drove away with a lovely Audi A1 with a smile on my face. I love the car, its a great drive and super smooth! I am overall very pleased with the outcome down at Ponko, it was great! I did have a minor issues and that was with my AC, I informed Ponko and soon after they had sorted my issue and got it sorted by giving the AC a re-gas. I felt like the staff did enough for me and was helpful and friendly from the get go. I would like to rate a high 4.5 stars!

I seen the BMW advertised through Auto Trader with Ponko. I gave them a call and spoke to someone called Asif. He was extremally helpful, I was impressed by the video he sent me of the car and the fact he was pointing out little marks on the car that I can not even notice myself, this to me shows that they are a honest and trustworthy dealer. Every question was answered straight away, they told me they would get back to me when they said they would. Would use again.

I have no issues with the Seat I bought from Ponko, I like it very much. Fred was very friendly and helped me understand everything. I was able to have a good educated talk with him and he did not try to pull the wool over my eyes or put any pressure on me into buying from him. I was really surprised how fast and smoothly everything went.

We never got to see the car in person because we live a good distance away from Ponko, Asif was so helpful and he showed me the car in a video call, he even pointed out some minor scratches on the car which I thought was very honest of him. The delivery man was also very chatty, professional and pleasant, he kept in touch with me throughout the journey down to Portsmouth and unloaded the Ford Fiesta for my daughter. Fantastic service from Ponko, thank you.

Asif at Ponko was great, he was super helpful, I felt at ease and no pressure was put on me, I was allowed the time I needed to make an informative decision to buy a car from them.. I am so, so happy with my Abarth 500, it is super duper! I have never used Ponko before, I would certainly use them again based on the very positive experience I have had with them.

I have never used Ponko before I came across them on Auto Trader where I saw the Ford Focus ST advertised. I spoke to a gentlemen called Asif and he was so helpful, it was a really quick, and easy service, in fact everything from top to bottom was perfect. Even the guy that delivered the car was really nice he showed me round the vehicle and made sure I knew how to use everything. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.
