Everything is good with the car, really pleased with it. Haydn was excellent and extremely efficient right through from my first phone call to leaving with the car. Really pleased with his service. I'd rate my experience a 5 overall, I'd definitely recommend Ponko.

I have not used Ponko before, I knew about them because I deliver around the area and I have drove past there on many occasions. I saw the Alfa advertised online with Ponko so with me being local I decided to give them a call and arrange to take it for a test drive. On arrival I was greeted by Haydn, he was very welcoming and answered all of my questions without the blink of an eye. I was that impressed with the Alfa and it's performance after returning from the test drive that I knew that it was the car for me. I know that I made the right decision in purchasing this amazing nippy little car.

It was a really positive experience purchasing my first car online with Ponko. I have never bought a car without seeing it before, everything was done online, I was a bit nervous about doing this, myself and my husband did lots of research about the company and read all of their reviews. I received a video of the Qashqai and it was really detailed, everything went really smoothly and I was very happy with everything, the sales guy and the person that delivered the car were really sound.

A cute Insignia caught my eye so I made my enquiry and Haydn looked after me from then on, the test drive went smoothly and I decided to buy. Hadyn was great, friendly and very approachable. The BMW X3 is really nice, I am very happy with everything. I would very highly rate Asif, he was superb. I cannot grumble about anything. I am super happy that I came to Ponko and I will return when it is time for me to upgrade.

Absolutely fantastic service from James at Ponko, I was very happy with the way that he dealt with things. I emailed James about the finance on my previous car which had not been paid and the company was chasing me for it. He assured me that this would be settled on the date that the settlement date was due and it was, so the information he gave me was accurate and I was very impressed by this. I am having fun in my new Nissan Juke, I have had a Nissan Juke for around 12 years and I upgraded this to the Nismo and like McDonalds would say ba da ba ba bah I'm loving it!
