I purchased a Volvo XC90 2016 model from this company in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier with the car. The service I received from start to finish was perfect. I sent an e mail of interest in the car on a Sunday and did not expect a response until Monday as they were shut Sunday’s, but I received a response straight away and continued it throughout the Sunday when the seller was supposed to be on his day off which was very appreciated. I was even allowed a viewing of the vehicle the very next morning after the seller shuffled round his appointments for me. I was made very welcome at the showroom and offered refreshments regularly. What I was most impressed with was the relaxed company from the seller and he wasn’t pushy like you may find from some car sellers. I was able to enjoy a good long inspection of the car without being hurried to sign any paper work. The car was an automatic which I was not used too, and I initially refused to give the car a drive myself but the seller insisted I give it a try, so I obliged and after he drove us a few miles down the road he pulled over and I jumped in the driver seat. The Support and encouragement I received was excellent as I was very nervous driving this enormous automatic and we made it back to the showroom in one piece. Part ex'd my vehicle and purchased an upgrade, 185mi trip! Joe has mastered the art of patience and communication whilst making me feel very welcomed and left me with an impression of a very good salesman as well adviser. We happened to come across this family firm while searching for a 3 series BMW Coupe. I saw a lovely white 320 coupe and wrote it down on my list of dealers/ garages to ring. 150 miles away I thought I would look closer first but rang anyway, what struck me is the polite efficient non pushy way Joe (root) dealt with us. So after putting the phone down I arranged funds to the level I wanted and decided to look local at first knowing there was a car I knew I wanted and to see if one was closer. I received a curtious email with all the details from Joe and decided I would buy their BMW, from start to finish he made it simple, at no time was I pressured in any way and when I said about picking it up and completing the paper work but I had to get the train up with my wife he said he would get us picked up and driven to their premises. What I didn't expect is the owner to turn up in his own Mercedes two hours before he was due to go off to his villa in Spain to turn up, everything was done in thirty or so minutes, every detail taken care of and questions answered and explained including all the car functions, don't be afraid to ring if you even want info on a car they, 0260 Cars are a great firm.
