I recently purchased a car from 0260 when Joe and his colleagues were really helpful explaining every detail about the car, I’m always apprehensive when it comes to buying something second hand however I was quickly reassured when Joe was able to explain all about the car and provide all the supporting paperwork. I purchased a Volvo XC90 2016 model from this company in perfect condition and I couldn’t be happier with the car. The service I received from start to finish was perfect. I sent an e mail of interest in the car on a Sunday and did not expect a response until Monday as they were shut Sunday’s, but I received a response straight away and continued it throughout the Sunday when the seller was supposed to be on his day off which was very appreciated. I was even allowed a viewing of the vehicle the very next morning after the seller shuffled round his appointments for me. I was made very welcome at the showroom and offered refreshments regularly. What I was most impressed with was the relaxed company from the seller and he wasn’t pushy like you may find from some car sellers. I was able to enjoy a good long inspection of the car without being hurried to sign any paper work. The car was an automatic which I was not used too, and I initially refused to give the car a drive myself but the seller insisted I give it a try, so I obliged and after he drove us a few miles down the road he pulled over and I jumped in the driver seat. The Support and encouragement I received was excellent as I was very nervous driving this enormous automatic and we made it back to the showroom in one piece. If you are looking for a great vehicle with a great service then 0260 Cars should be your choice. Thank you Joe for the service and for the Volvo.

Part ex'd my vehicle and purchased an upgrade, 185mi trip! Joe has mastered the art of patience and communication whilst making me feel very welcomed and left me with an impression of a very good salesman as well adviser. I felt I was not pushed at all with the sale and felt very comfortable signing and driving away with my new vehicle.
