They will sell you a car which will break down immediately and refuse to rectify any issues. Lure you into thinking warranty will cover the costs and conveniently none of it is covered. Had issues from the day I purchased the vehicle… avoid these so called ‘dealers’.

Visited this dealership earlier this year to look at a Tiguan as I needed to get a family car,I had an Audi A5 to px price was agreed via email etc,I’ve had many cars in the past so know how things work.I got over there instantly got a bad vibe started trying to say the price agreed wasn’t what he said and wanted to take the car for a test drive 2 blokes and me-spouted some nonsense about my car having gear box problems (that the auto’s mines a manual) anyway I walked away as every car I’ve ever px’d the dealer has never wanted a test drive didn’t like the thought of 2 blokes ragging my car and making up issues to knock the price,anyway I sold my car privately got £2000 more than they offered and the new owner has had no gear box issues or any other issues lol brought myself a better car than they were offering to.you could have had a sale if you didn’t talk nonsense.I would like to say there car was in good condition and seemed fairly priced tho,in summary just be weary

Hi John, really sorry if you had felt this way but this is a standard procedure for Part Exchange vehicles. We can only give you a guide price on a vehicle without having seen it. I am sure many dealers will work the same way. Kindest Rehards Ash
Taken money and never delivered the car excuse after excuse still waiting for my money back avoid them they are lazy and arrogant

This is simply because the vehicle had a electrical fault which popped up and couldn't fix on time for this to have been delivered therefore refunded in full straight away. Test drove a nice BMW 320D E91 three fault codes flashed up an test drive relating to steering, I had noticed excessively heavy steering as soon as I drove the car, they sent it to a "BMW Specialist" who had said the fault codes were down to low fuel and they had been cleared. Wouldn't recommend these to my worst enemy

Hi Really sorry for your disappointment, however the vehicle has been checked by BMW Specialists and they have advised no issues or faults with this vehicle. The triangle light on the dash was for the low fuel. Regards
