I purchased a car from 118 cars Walsall a few months back. As far as the overall the service was I would class it as alright. I say this because I am still waiting on some information they promised to send over a while ago. Car was clean and as described so I have given top marks for that aspect. I would recommend still them.

I have just been back now to collect a second key as this was advertised by the initial salesmen i had. To help me 118 cars in Walsall have given me the information to sort with Audi and will pay for this for me when sorted, this shows they are true to their word and you can trust them as a car dealer. To be truthful, there was a lot of things that were supposed to be on the car that werent, I think it may have been the salesman though. When i went back i found out this guy has left so i will put it down to him and not 118 cars and applaud them for what maybe them seeing how he works and removing him.

Couldnt ask for anymore when your buying a car. Helpful, get the impression they arent just trying to make a sale but are there r to find you what you want. Would I go again, of course and think anyone should go if your on the look out for a good car thats reliable and someone whose looking out for your interests

It all went perfect when we bought our car from 118 Cars in Walsall. They delivered everything we hoped for. Even after when a slight issue arose with our Peugeot 206, we went to see them to sort it out and it felt like nothing was too much of a problem. Highly recommend from my point of view

They were really helpful It was just the way they follow up assistance with you. This was the first time I have bought a car in this country so they helped me through everything, went the extra mile to help me with this. I have never driven in the UK, so lots of information for me. Even after the buy they call me and ask if it all ok. If I could remember his name i would thank him personally, wait there. I think it is Eric, really good man. Thank you. If i had more money i would go back there tomorrow, as it stands I will return when i need a new car.
