Their cars might be cheap but there were not prepared to sort out the scratches, dents and damage to their cars. Had to pay extra to get these sorted. No customer service at all. Avoid them like the plague....
The people at 14 Saints Automotive honour their word which above all i respect. They was a few niggling issues with the car that they were willing to sort and i appreciate this as you can never be too sure if they sort them. I recommend them for any car buyer, some decent cars down their and people it seems you can trust

I am on my dinner break and happened to just show my friend this dealership. Not one bad thing to say about 14 Saints, from first point of contact to the last. Would if I was to live the experience and buy the car again? Yes. And would also tell others to do this aswell. Top marks for every aspect of the sale and my Mercedes Benz SLK 200 Compressor. I hope this has not cursed it and I have problems as I have not had one as yet ***********5 STARS**********

I found it a very personal service. Why? They looked after me, had great knowledge about my car which was a Mercedes E220. I believe this is all they sell (Mercedes) or at least like 70-80 percent worth. I was recommend to go there and I would do the same if you are looking for a good car, most likely a Merc ha. Thanks guys

Everything went well with 14 saints automotive in Neasden,I would recommend them to other people on trade ins, a lot of decent priced cars. not amazing value that makes you go wow but just good compared to a lot of the other places I went to see for similar age and mileage as my new Mercedes Benz. Reading some of the above I imagine it worries people and I cant comment on them just that I was happy with everything from my side

I spent £17K on a car from here advertised with free 24 month warranty. Never saw the warranty. I wouldn't buy a user washer from these guys. Be warned !!
I had been shopping around for cars suitable for my chauffeuring business so I had to be very selective of where I purchased my cars from. I have bought several Mercedes E class cars, one of which was from this dealership. I can confirm that they provided me with the most well presented and well maintained car in my fleet. The service was great and I will definitely be buying my next addition to the business from them.
would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car. Especially if you have little or no experience buying a car as the sales team are very helpful in helping you select the car that you are most satisfied with. I was looking for six months before I visited their dealership and was loosing interest, but im glad I visited them as I made my mind up on the day and have been very happy with my car ever since, thanks.
I bought a Mercedes CLS from this car dealership. I usually buy new but as I had never spent as much before I decided to buy a used one this time. I choose 14 Saints Automotive which I found on Auto Trader website. I can honestly say that my experience from start to finish was excellent. The staff members were happy to go that extra mile for me when I asked for in depth details of the particular model I was interested in. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to visit this showroom as they also had a wide range of Mercedes Benz.
